Refund time durations

1. For game codes, customers must notify us within 24hours of delivery.

2. For in-game top-up, customers must notify us before the order is processed.

3. Customers must notify us within 5 hours of delivery for in-game currency codes.

However, after the order is completed refund will not be possible in any case.

Refund fees

100 – 300TK Minus 15 Tk

301 – 600TK Minus 30 Tk

601 – 1300 Tk Minus 50 Tk

1301 – 2500 Tk Minus 80 Tk

For 2501 & Above Minus 100 Tk

NOTE: There Will be no refund fees if the fault is at our end.
