  Once we’ve sent you the Valorant Points, there is no way to take back the points. Again there’ll be no refund for this incident.
• Apex Legend:
  Once we’ve sent you the origin redeem code, there’ll be no refund.
• Gift Card Wallets:
  Once we’ve sent you the Redeem code, there’ll be no refund.
• Fortnite V-Bucks:
  If the V-Bucks top-up is done, it’s impossible to get a refund.
