Refund Policy

📌 Refund Time Boundaries:

⚪ For Game Codes, customers must notify us within 24hours of delivery if codes have issues!

⚪ For In-game Top-Up, customers must notify us before the order is processed.

⭕ However, after the order is completed, a refund will not be possible in any case.

📌 Refund Fees/Penalty : 

100-300 TK Minus 15 Tk

300-1000 TK Minus 30 Tk

1000 - Any Amount Minus 50 Tk

⭕ NOTE: There Will be no refund Fees/Penalty if the Fault is at our end.
